Job summary

Doc Love Homecare LLC is seeking a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA to deliver one-on-one in-home care, following individualized care plans and building genuine relationships with patients.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor patient conditions, and report progress to supervisors. Strong communication is essential to ensure safe, coordinated care and a healthy home environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA required.
• Experience with dementia/aphasia and ambulatory patients is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient care abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, conditions, progress or problems.
• Assist with full activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with cooking, medication reminders, and transfers.
• Provide ambulation support and wound care as needed.
• Operate with a focus on safety and compassion in home settings.
• Utilize Hoyer lift as required by patient care plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Must have experience working with people with Dementia/Aphasia and Ambulatory:
2. Maintain records of patient care, conditions, progress or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
