Job summary

MISS KRYSTAL CARES LLC is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide in New Haven Township, Michigan. You'll provide personalized, attentive care to patients in their homes, catering to their daily needs and maintaining a healthy environment. Ideal candidates will have strong verbal communication skills, are detail-oriented, and possess at least a High School Diploma or GED. Previous Home Health or Hospice experience is preferred, along with the ability to build genuine relationships with those you serve.

Qualifications

• CNA, Home Health Aid Certification, DCW Trained preferred.
• Two years of prior Private Duty home Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Give medications and immunizations.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
