Responsibilities

Must have experience working with people with Dementia/Aphasia and Ambulatory:

• Maintain records of patient care, conditions, progress or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.

Total Care

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and related tasks:

• Assist client with full ADLs (Activities of daily living)
• Assist with cooking, medication reminders, extensive transfer support (bed, chair, mobility transitions)
• Assist with ambulation (wheelchair support)
• Skilled services (wound care)
• Hoyer Lift experience required
