Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse on the treatment floor. You will be the first to greet patients and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their dialysis experience.

You will advocate for patients, communicate with the care team, and contribute to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• Six months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician
• BENON (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations)
• California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following Satellite policies and procedures
• Meet and greet patients on the treatment floor and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
• Advocate for patients and effectively communicate with the care team to deliver quality care
