U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to deliver direct patient care under RN supervision in our California centers.

You will greet patients on the treatment floor and guide them through the dialysis process with a focus on comfort and safety. You will advocate for patients, communicate with the care team, and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations) California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations) Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following policy and procedure.
• Greet patients on the treatment floor and help them feel comfortable throughout treatment.
• Advocate for patients and communicate pertinent information to the care team to ensure quality care.
