Qualifications

• NBHWC Board-certified.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and active listening.
• Strong written documentation ability.
• Proficient in motivational enhancement and behavior change theories.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with G-suite, ticketing, and CRM systems.
• Availability for an 8-hour shift.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a panel of coaching clients with daily sessions.
• Meet professional practice standards and participate in trainings.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and set wellness goals.
• Build 1:1 relationships and guide personalized action plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching via phone and chat.
• Track progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records and respond in chat between sessions.
