KingRecruitingServices is partnering with a respected outpatient hand therapy practice in Salem, Oregon to recruit a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with a compensation of $60-$68/hour and a sign-on bonus, reflecting a strong patient demand and collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one upper-extremity therapy, evaluate and treat patients, and work closely with hand surgeons.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required.
• OT or PT license in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Position: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $60-$68/hour ($124,000 - $141,440 annually)

Position Responsibilities

Schedule & Caseload

• Monday–Friday, full-time, consistent schedule
• Typically 11–12 patients daily
• Individual treatment sessions generally lasting 30–60 minutes
• Administrative and documentation time incorporated into the workday
