Markent Personnel, Inc. is partnering with a Salem, Oregon-based outpatient hand therapy practice to hire a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) for full-time work Monday–Friday.

The role offers close collaboration with hand surgeons in a patient-centered setting with strong referral demand. The ideal candidate will hold an active CHT, be licensed or eligible for Oregon licensure as an OT or PT, and possess 2+ years of relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• CHT credential required.
• Licensed OT or PT or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in OT or qualifying PT degree.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Compensation: $60-$68/hour ($124,000 - $141,440 annually)

Schedule & Caseload

• Monday–Friday, full-time, consistent schedule
• Typically 11–12 patients daily
• Individual treatment sessions generally lasting 30–60 minutes
• Administrative and documentation time incorporated into the workday
