Your Talent Team in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy practice. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus.

You will work closely with hand surgeons in a patient-centered environment and have opportunities for leadership as the department grows. The role emphasizes autonomy in delivering individualized therapy, collaboration with surgical teams, and comprehensive documentation

Qualifikationen

• Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is required.
• Licensed OT or PT in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• 2+ years of clinical hand therapy experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently; strong communication and patient care skills.

Location: Salem, Oregon
Position: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $60-$68/hour ($124,000 - $141,440 annually)

Position Responsibilities

Schedule & Caseload

• Monday–Friday, full-time, consistent schedule
• Typically 11–12 patients daily
• Individual treatment sessions generally lasting 30–60 minutes
• Administrative and documentation time incorporated into the workday
