RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join as a full-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist. The role focuses on one-on-one hand therapy, collaboration with hand surgeons, and comprehensive treatment planning in a patient-centered outpatient setting.

Qualified candidates hold an OT or PT license (Oregon eligible), a Master's/ Doctorate, and a CHT credential, with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• Licensed OT or PT, or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Position: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $60-$68/hour ($124,000 - $141,440 annually)

Position Responsibilities

Schedule & Caseload

• Monday–Friday, full-time, consistent schedule
• Typically 11–12 patients daily
• Individual treatment sessions generally lasting 30–60 minutes
• Administrative and documentation time incorporated into the workday
