Fairview Health Services seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist with Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential to serve outpatient hand therapy patients at their Minneapolis clinic. The role emphasizes safe, effective patient care across examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning and intervention with ongoing mentorship and a clinical specialist pathway.

Preferred candidates have 1+ year of hand therapy experience; Fairview offers mentoring, professional growth, and a broad benefit

Formación

• Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy license.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• CHT credential preferred or required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and reassesses patient condition.
• Gathers pertinent data.
• Performs appropriate examination.
• Determines occupational therapy diagnosis and plan of care.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Establishes discharge plan and documents interventions.
• Supervises and mentors rehab staff and fieldwork students.
