Job summary

Fairview Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support outpatient hand therapy at Fairview Northland Hospital in Princeton. You will collaborate with patients and families, conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Preferred candidates may have CHT certification and hands-on experience; mentoring and professional growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• OT license required (Minnesota) or temporary Minnesota license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with patient and family during evaluation and planning.
• Gather data, perform examination and determine treatment plan.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and establish discharge plan.
• Ensure timely documentation and billing per department standards.
