Responsibilities

• Performs appropriate examination.
• Determines occupational therapy diagnosis.
• Determines plan of care.
• Establishes goals with patient or caregiver.
• Implements and modifies plan of care based on reassessment.
• Communicates with interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Establishes discharge plan and documents interventions.
