Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as an occupational therapist in Illinois.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or eligible, or intends to pursue within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Clinical hand therapy for patients; reviews charts and prescribes rehab interventions.
• Schedules evaluations, treatments, and splints; monitors progress and documents outcomes.
• Assists in treatment-plan reviews and modification of plans as needed.
