Baptist Health Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational or Physical Hand Therapist for our clinic on Dutchmans Lane. You will evaluate patients' health needs and implement personalized care plans while providing skilled therapy and instruction.

Qualifications

• Current active or temporary Kentucky PT or OT License required.
• Must have CHT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement appropriate care plans based on evaluations.
• Provide skilled therapy procedures and assess patient progress.

Job Summary:

Evaluates the patient’s comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient’s support system. Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient. Provides skilled therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. Utilize electronic records to document treatment & care.

Requirements:

• Current active or current temporary Kentucky PT or OT License

• Must have CHT

• BLS certification within 90 days of hire

• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
