• Accurately and safely prepare, administer, store, and document medications per physician orders.
• Report medication errors immediately and document in the chart.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing post-acute care.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and confidentiality in all interactions.
