Job summary

You will use the Orders App and certified equipment to maintain inventory accuracy while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with team members. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring safety-consciousness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input and access information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required; must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Coordinate with leadership to resolve short picks and improve processes.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and locker management.
• Contribute to a customer-first culture with strong communication and teamwork.
