Job summary

You will validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates while maintaining safety standards and cleanliness in staging areas. You will operate powered equipment and use the Orders App to support inventory accuracy and SIMS compliance, with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
