Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a customer-focused associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders in our store warehouse. You will use the Orders App, verify items, and work with teammates to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

This role requires basic computer and retail technology experience, and certification for powered equipment; training is provided if needed. You will maintain safety standards and assist customers, supporting inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and ability to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Must have experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck is required; if not certified, must obtain.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits and order follow-ups; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
