Job summary

Our client in Medley, FL is seeking a Warehouse Certified Forklift Driver to join their team. You will support inbound and outbound logistics, operate a sit-down forklift, and ensure accurate loading, unloading, and paperwork.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 years in a warehouse, including 1 year in a lead or supervisory role, and experience with freight forwarding, routing, and inventory systems. 1st shift 8:00am-5:00pm, safety-focused and reliable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse; at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with freight forwarding, routing and scheduling trucks.
• Proficiency with shipping, receiving and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee unloading of inbound shipments.
• Ensure proper stacking and staging for outbound shipments.
• Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers for accuracy.
• Operate sit-down forklift and other materials handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in physical inventories.
• Drive a sit-down forklift as part of daily duties.
