Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking a Certified Food Services Manager to lead the Dietary Department of our long-term care facility. In this leadership role you will design menus, oversee food safety, and ensure meals meet regulatory guidelines.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, report to the General Manager, and support catering for events. A CDM credential and prior long-term care experience are required.

Qualifications

• CDM credential required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Job Purpose

Our long-term care facility is seeking a Certified Food Services Manager to lead the Dietary Department with precision and expertise. In this position, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Dietary Department in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner and providing nutritionally adequate meals in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
