Job summary

You will maintain, clean, and restore a variety of flooring surfaces across our campuses, using stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing techniques while adhering to safety standards.

You will operate floor care machinery, identify floor types, document work, and collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Floor Technician or equivalent credential.
• 2+ years of hard floor and carpet care experience.
• Knowledge of floor types and care techniques.
• Ability to operate floor care machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
