Job summary

HireQuest Direct is seeking Certified Flaggers to support projects across Washington state. This temporary/project-based role requires reliable, safety-conscious individuals ready to work in diverse environments.

Day shifts are available with hours varying by project. Successful candidates will hold WA flagger certification and be able to stand for long periods outdoors in changing weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid WA State Flagger Certification card or approved reciprocal flagger certification.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic flow in construction and work zones.
• Maintain a safe environment for workers, pedestrians, and drivers.
• Follow state and company safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and the public.
