Job summary

PF Supreme is seeking a dedicated Fitness Trainer to run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, design simple workouts, and guide members toward their fitness goals. You will promote the Judgement Free Zone and support a welcoming, non-intimidating gym environment.

Qualified candidates have prior trainer experience, a nationally recognized certification, and a strong focus on service. Join a team committed to growth and member satisfaction at Back Bay location.

Qualifications

• Previous Fitness Trainer/Instructor experience preferred.
• Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and schedule.
• Instruct members on safe use of equipment and fitness goals.
• Assist with front desk tasks and member sign-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all club areas.
