Supreme Fitness Group in Honolulu is seeking a dedicated Fitness Trainer to lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, design simple workout plans, and teach proper equipment use. You will guide new members toward their goals and maintain a supportive, Judgement Free Zone atmosphere.

Responsibilities include conducting classes, assisting at the front desk, and keeping facilities clean and safe. A nationally certified trainer with a passion for health and excellent customer service is preferred.

Competenze

• Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and coworkers.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Diploma or GED preferred.

Mansioni

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create/instruct the class schedule.
• Assist members with fitness goals and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Conduct regular walks of all fitness areas and address safety or cleanliness issues.
• Prepare bi-weekly exercise updates and tailor routines to club size and traffic.
• Handle front desk tasks: answering phones, member check-in, new sign-ups, and tours.
• Maintain club cleanliness and sanitization of equipment and amenities.
