We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Financial Planner to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to a growing base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and small business owners. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead or support advisor in client meetings, providing financial planning services.
• Analyze clients’ current financial situations and develop strategic plans covering retirement, investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, insurance, education funding, and cash flow.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in CRM and planning software.
• Deliver proactive service and follow-up with clients, ensuring ongoing plan implementation and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed of changes in financial regulations, planning techniques, and market trends.
• Contribute to team-based planning discussions and firm-wide improvement initiatives.
• Uphold the fiduciary standard, placing client interests above all else.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial planning software
• Knowledge of investment principles, tax strategies, and estate planning concepts.
• High ethical standards and commitment to continuous learning.
