Are you a CFP who believes that great financial planning goes beyond the numbers? At Oath, we help people align their finances with their values so they can live their best lives. We’re growing and looking for a driven, compassionate, and client-centric financial planner to join our advisory team.

What You’ll Do:

As a core member of our planning team, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to guide them through a thoughtful, personalized financial planning process. Your role will include:

• Building deep, long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor.
• Converting qualified leads into Oath clients.
• Crafting and presenting comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Providing ongoing advice in key areas like retirement, tax planning, investments, estate planning, and risk management.
• Collaborating with our team of planners, operations staff, and portfolio managers to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Keeping up with financial planning best practices and maintaining your CFP designation.

What You Bring:

• CFP Certification (REQUIRED)
• 3+ years of experience delivering comprehensive financial planning is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills—empathetic, clear, and confident
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using financial planning tools (e.g., RightCapital, eMoney)
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to putting clients first
• Fee-only or fiduciary experience strongly preferred
