Job summary

The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing Application Analyst to design, configure, and optimize our professional billing and revenue cycle operations. You will partner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Patient Access, clinical departments, and leaders to improve charge capture, claims processing, and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent mix of education and experience may be substituted.
• Minimum four years supporting healthcare IT, EHR, professional billing or revenue cycle.
• Active Epic certification relevant to the position at time of application and maintained thereafter.
• Experience configuring, implementing or optimizing Epic Resolute Professional Billing or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Resolute Professional Billing account infrastructure and posting parameters.
• Build and optimize charge review, claim error, and follow-up workqueues to streamline workflows.
• Design system-based credit split rules, collection parameters, and patient statement generation.
• Conduct validation testing for charge router logic to ensure accurate transfer to billing statements.

The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is implementing Epic, and we're seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing Application Analyst to help design, configure, and optimize the technology supporting our professional billing and revenue cycle operations.

In this role, you'll partner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Patient Access, clinical departments, and operational leaders to build workflows that improve charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and billing accuracy. Your work will help ensure providers are reimbursed accurately while supporting a seamless financial experience for patients.

Requirements

• Conduct validation testing for charge router logic to ensure clinical actions transfer accurately into financial billing statements
• Provide analytical support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve systemic billing leakages or payment posting delays

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Healthcare Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related healthcare, business, or technical field required. An equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience may be substituted, with one (1) year of additional relevant experience accepted in lieu of each year of required education.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience supporting healthcare information technology, electronic health records (EHR), professional billing, revenue cycle, patient financial services, or enterprise healthcare applications required.
• Must hold an active Epic certification relevant to the position at the time of application and maintain required certification throughout employment.
• Experience configuring, implementing, testing, supporting, or optimizing Epic Resolute Professional Billing or other healthcare billing and revenue cycle applications is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting professional fee billing, charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, reimbursement, account management, payer workflows, denial management, or revenue cycle optimization preferred.
• Working knowledge of professional billing operations, healthcare reimbursement methodologies, payer requirements, charge routing, revenue cycle workflows, regulatory requirements, and healthcare technology best practices preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical and financial workflows, translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize system performance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, patient access, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), or equivalent healthcare revenue cycle credentials are preferred but not required.
• Other clinical, technical, or professional certifications may be required based on assigned responsibilities.
• Must maintain all required certifications, credentials, and continuing education applicable to the position throughout employment.
