Qualifications

• Ability to interpret ethics and professional standards of certifying bodies.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of elevators and related conveyance equipment to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Identify violations, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports to AHJs, owners, and internal offices.
• Communicate findings clearly to owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing education and active QEI certification; travel to service clients as needed.
• Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and professional integrity in all activities.
