Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide dog training sessions and classes to individual clients and groups.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and progress.
• Assist guests in selecting merchandise, services, and training products.
• Collaborate with grooming and veterinary teams to support holistic pet health.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and store policies while delivering service.
• Complete Dog Trainer Instructor Program stages and ongoing training.
