Qualifications

• Passion for animal care, training and welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle dogs of all sizes safely.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for training.
• Familiarity with computer systems to manage training records and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide World Class Dog Training Services: attend and pass the 6-week DTIP program, complete learning modules, recommend and sell training classes and supplies, keep accurate records, and collaborate with grooming and veterinary teams.
• Provide 360-Degree Solutions for guests: engage with guests, help select merchandise and services, understand pet needs, and promote a cross-functional shopping experience.
• Other duties: adhere to safety guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing training to stay expert in the role.
