You will deliver one-on-one sessions, group classes and coaching to help pet parents build strong bonds with their dogs, using modern training techniques and positive reinforcement. You’ll work with guests to recommend products and services, maintain training records, and collaborate with grooming and veterinary teams to deliver holistic solutions.

Qualifications

• Passion for animal care, training, and welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes safely.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with computer systems to manage training records.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class dog training services and group classes.
• Complete the six-week Dog Trainer Instructor Program (DTIP).
• Recommend and sell training classes and supplies.
• Maintain training records and collect client feedback.
• Collaborate with grooming and veterinary teams for holistic care.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
• Support guests with an excellent omni-channel shopping experience.
