In this role, you will help support the nutritional well-being of residents by leading dietary operations that are organized, compliant, and centered on consistent service. Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager credential, or willingness to attend school while working toward it.
• 1-2 years of experience leading dietary services in a nursing home and assisted living setting.
• Experience leading kitchen or dietary support staff and training team members.
• Knowledge of nutrition planning, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Experience managing inventory, budgets, and departmental documentation for dietary services.
