Job summary

LEGACY HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead dietary services in a nursing facility. The role focuses on meeting residents' nutritional needs in a safe, resident-centered manner and reports to the Nursing Home Administrator.

Responsibilities include menu development, budgeting, food safety compliance, coordinating with nursing staff, and participating in QAPI and care conferences.

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe certification required.
• CDM certification or exam eligible.
• At least 1 year in SNF/AL/CCRC kitchen leadership.

• Communicates effectively with nursing home staff.
• Other duties as requested

Position Summary:

The Dietary Services Manager is responsible for meeting the nutritional needs of the facility residents in a safe, resident-focused manner.
