Job summary

The Wealshire of Bloomington is seeking a full-time experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) for its Medina care facility. The CDM/CFPP credential is required, with at least three years of culinary management and long-term care experience.

You will oversee day-to-day dietary operations for 110+ residents, manage budgets, and ensure nutrition standards, menus, food ordering, sanitation, and state inspections are met. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a CDM or CFPP credential and ServSafe certification.
• Minimum three years of culinary management experience.
• At least one year of assisted living or long-term care experience.

The Wealshire, dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility, is looking to employ a FT experienced Certified Dietary Manager at their Medina care Facility. It is required that applicants must have the CDM, CFPP credential.

Job Summary:

The Dietary Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dietary operations of the kitchen, staff and the serving of 110+ residents. Applicant must enjoy being a proficient cook, and be experienced with specialized diets, food ordering, kitchen sanitation, state inspections and be able to adhere to the established monthly budgets. The Wealshire is known for providing the highest compensation to qualified staff and managers.$2,500 Sign-On Bonus
