Job summary

The Wealshire, a dementia/Alzheimer's care facility, seeks a full-time experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP) for its Medina care facility.

The Dietary Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations for 110+ residents, manage staff, ensure special diets, food ordering, sanitation, inspections, and adherence to monthly budgets.

CDM/CFPP and ServSafe are required; 3+ years culinary management and 1+ year in assisted living or long-term care; generous compensation and benefits await.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required.
• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• 1+ year in assisted living or long-term care experience.

The Wealshire, dementia/Alzheimer's care facility, is looking to employ a FT experienced Certified Dietary Manager at their Medina care Facility. It is required that applicants must have the CDM, CFPP credential.

Job Summary:

The Dietary Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dietary operations of the kitchen, staff and the serving of 110+ residents. Applicant must enjoy being a proficient cook, and be experienced with specialized diets, food ordering, kitchen sanitation, state inspections and be able to adhere to the established monthly budgets. The Wealshire is known for providing the highest compensation to qualified staff and managers.

Required Qualifications include:

• CDM, CFPP Credential

• Three (3) years of Culinary Management experience
