Qualifications

Current crane operator certification (e.g., NCCCO) is required.
Experience operating cranes on construction sites.
Knowledge of crane load charts, rigging, signaling methods, and OSHA regulations.
Able to read lift plans and construction drawings and follow supervisor instructions.
Physically able to work outdoors, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks.
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area and willingness to work standard construction hours.
Demonstrates safety-first mindset and strong teamwork.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational/safety training is a plus.
