Job summary

JCMG is seeking a qualified Medical Billing/Coding Specialist to perform essential functions in billing providers and ancillary services, coordinating with clinics for accurate billing information. Candidates should have CPC, CCA, and CEMC certifications and at least two years of physician coding experience, with strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding and medical terminology.

The role is on-site in Missouri with a competitive bonus, health insurance, PTO, 401(k) match and tuition

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High school diploma or GED

Experience:

• Minimum two years in a Physician Coding environment

Certification/License:

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
• Certified Coding Associate (CCA)
• Certified Evaluation and Management Coder (CEMC) for E&M Specialties and Family Medicine

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Competency in medical terminology as demonstrated by either formal training or experience
