Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation is seeking a Certified Central Sterile Technician to ensure equipment meets the highest safety standards.

You will receive, process, clean, sterilize, and store critical medical instruments, and monitor sterilizer equipment to ensure performance. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience are required, along with CRCST/CBSPD certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year of related healthcare sterile processing experience.
• CRCST and/or CBSPD certification required.
• Able to adhere to sterile processing protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming supplies and equipment.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Handle, process, and store essential medical instruments.
• Monitor sterilizer equipment to ensure performance specifications.
• Perform inspection and documentation of sterilization processes.
• Prepare packs of supplies and instruments in Central Sterile Supply.
