Job summary

Heritage Oaks Assisted Living in Tucson is hiring compassionate caregivers for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN roles in our brand-new 17-bed home beside a 16-bed community. We offer $21.00+ per hour, strong ratios, and paid on-the-job training to start.

You will assist with personal care, manage medications, light housekeeping, and provide a nurturing presence to our seniors. We help you obtain required documents and support you through the certification process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Arizona Certified Caregiver Certificate required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Manage and assist with medications.
• Light housekeeping to keep homes clean and inviting.
• Provide a bright, compassionate presence for residents.

• The Weekend Night Owl: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday | 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM

• The Sunday Early Bird: Sunday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• The Sunday Sunset: Sunday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the heart of our home, providing top-quality, loving care to our seniors. Your day-to-day will include:

What We Need From You

• A true passion for working with and loving our senior residents

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and team-player skills

• Ability to pass a background check

• State of Arizona Certified Caregiver Certificate

• Fingerprint Clearance Card

• CPR & First Aid Certification

• Proof of negative TB

• Experience preferred, but remember: if you don't have all your docs yet, we are happy to work with you to get them!
