Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Certified Caregiver to join our team. You will provide compassionate care to residents in assisted living or memory care, while building meaningful relationships and supporting daily activities.

Schedule is 6AM–2PM; must have certification and weekend availability; we offer competitive wages, benefits, and training to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Caregiver.
• 1 year’ experience as a caregiver in assisted living, memory care or home care is ideal.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Great assessment skills.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in assisted living or memory care.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
