Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Arizona seeks a dedicated Certified Caregiver for a full-time Memory Care role on the 2PM–10PM shift. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships with residents in memory care.

We value a strong work ethic and teamwork, with opportunities for education and training. AZ caregiver certification is required, weekend availability is preferred, and competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Caregiver for AZ.
• 1 year of caregiver experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care is ideal.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent with paperwork and documentation.
• Demonstrates excellent work ethic and strong assessment skills.
• Eager to learn and grow skills in memory care.

Responsibilities

• Provide memory care support and assist with daily living activities.
