Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking caring professionals to join our team as direct care providers. The role requires a Direct Care Certificate and a High School Diploma or GED, plus at least 1 year of caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care settings.

Weekend availability is needed. We value diligence in paperwork, strong work ethic, and excellent assessment skills while offering competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for education
