Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a qualified Certified Behavior Technician for in-home services in Washington state. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to youth in their homes or community settings, under supervision of a BCBA, with flexibility for scheduling.

Part-time position located in Lynnwood/Kirkland, weekday afternoons/evenings, offering meaningful, hands-on support to families and individuals while delivering measurable progress in communication and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenging population
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times

Responsibilities
