LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking a Certified Automotive Technician to join our CDJR service team in Michigan. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to factory standards with on-the-job training and a tiered pay plan.

Qualifications

• Chrysler Level 1–3 Certification preferred (or willing to complete)
• ASE Certifications or State Equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of professional technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles
• Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, brake work, tire rotations, alignments
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend services
• Utilize OEM diagnostic tools (wiTECH) and follow Chrysler repair procedures
• Accurately document work and communicate with Service Advisors; maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
