Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Tag and save parts; turn in parts when under warranty or requested.
• Inform service advisor of additional work or delays.
• Document work performed.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Quality check work performed.
• Attend training classes.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins.
• Keep customers’ vehicles clean.
• Follow safety policies and regulations.
