Job summary

Hertz is seeking Certified Automotive Technicians in Detroit to service vehicles. The role offers a base wage of $23.00/hr with a $5,000 bonus paid over 12 months and 6 months. Expect incentive-based compensation and comprehensive Hertz perks.

Job description

Wage: $23.00/hr.+ median incentive is approximately $212/month, varies based on job performance.

Bonus: $5000 ($2500 paid at 6 months and $2500 paid at 12 months).

Educational Background:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Professional Experience:

• At minimum three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience.

Knowledge:

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs without oversight.
• Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment.
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools.

Additional Notes:

• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
