Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group's Nalley Automotive is seeking a B level Service Technician to perform routine repairs and diagnostics on customer vehicles. You will conduct maintenance, document work, and communicate with service advisors to ensure timely completion.

The role requires basic tools, ASE certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for 3+ years’ experience, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line/flat-rate technician preferred (3+ years).
• Able to perform routine vehicle repairs and diagnostics.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while following safety procedures.
• High attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Communicate with the service advisor when additional work is needed.
• Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs when needed.
• Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance services.
• Participate in manufacturer training and certification programs.
• Maintain CSI scores at Asbury goals.
