Nalley Automotive, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a B Level Service Technician to perform routine repairs and diagnostics on customer vehicles in Stonecrest, GA. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for manufacturer-supported training and growth.

You will use your mechanical skills daily, maintain servicing standards, and collaborate with service advisors to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Must be eighteen years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and general maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs with some supervision.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Communicate with service advisors about needed work and timelines.
• Maintain accuracy of inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Take vehicles for road tests to verify repairs when appropriate.
• Keep customers' vehicles clean and safeguard their property.
