Qualifications

• Certified Service Technician designation or equivalent.
• Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, preferably with Ford vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and manuals to troubleshoot vehicle issues; communicate needs and costs to customers.
• Test-drive vehicles and ensure proper functioning after repairs.
